Acceptance Of Terms

By using VeloStaff websites, portals, mobile app workflows, communication tools, or staffing services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use VeloStaff on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

Staffing Services

VeloStaff provides staffing, recruiting, workforce coordination, onboarding, scheduling, assignment communication, customer support, and related operational services. Job opportunities, assignments, customer requests, and staffing decisions may depend on branch review, availability, qualifications, customer requirements, compliance checks, and business needs.

User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Use VeloStaff systems only for lawful staffing, employment, contractor, customer, or account purposes.
  • Protect account credentials and notify VeloStaff if you believe an account or device has been compromised.
  • Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, attack, or attempt unauthorized access to VeloStaff systems.

Text Messaging Terms

If you voluntarily opt in, VeloStaff may send text messages about applications, job alerts, onboarding, job offers, assignment updates, shift reminders, customer service replies, order updates, service notifications, account support, and branch communications.

SMS consent is optional and is not required to apply, receive staffing services, request staffing support, be considered for assignments, become a customer, or complete any transaction. VeloStaff does not sell mobile opt-in information or share SMS consent data with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.

No Guarantee

Use of VeloStaff systems does not guarantee employment, assignment placement, customer staffing fulfillment, interview scheduling, or any specific business result. All staffing and customer workflows remain subject to review, eligibility, availability, customer requirements, and applicable law.

Third-Party Services

VeloStaff systems may connect with third-party providers for communications, onboarding, background screening, payroll, tax, maps, analytics, documents, portals, mobile app features, and other business functions. Third-party services may have their own terms and policies.

Changes And Availability

VeloStaff may update these Terms of Service or change, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated terms. VeloStaff systems may not always be available due to maintenance, outages, security events, or provider issues.
