These Terms of Service describe the rules for using VeloStaff websites, portals, mobile app workflows, communications, and related staffing services.
Staffing Services
User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Use VeloStaff systems only for lawful staffing, employment, contractor, customer, or account purposes.
- Protect account credentials and notify VeloStaff if you believe an account or device has been compromised.
- Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, attack, or attempt unauthorized access to VeloStaff systems.
Text Messaging Terms
If you voluntarily opt in, VeloStaff may send text messages about applications, job alerts, onboarding, job offers, assignment updates, shift reminders, customer service replies, order updates, service notifications, account support, and branch communications.
SMS consent is optional and is not required to apply, receive staffing services, request staffing support, be considered for assignments, become a customer, or complete any transaction. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You may also call (833) 420-6420.
VeloStaff does not sell mobile opt-in information or share SMS consent data with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.
