Text Messaging And Consent

VeloStaff may send text messages about applications, job alerts, onboarding, job offers, assignment updates, shift reminders, customer service replies, order updates, service notifications, account support, and branch communications only where permitted and where consent or another lawful basis applies.

SMS consent is optional. It is not required to apply, receive staffing services, request staffing support, be considered for assignments, become a customer, or complete any transaction. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

VeloStaff does not sell mobile opt-in information or share SMS consent data with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.

How We Share Information

  • With VeloStaff branch, operations, payroll, compliance, recruiting, customer service, and technology teams.
  • With customers, staffing clients, background screening providers, onboarding providers, payroll or tax providers, communications providers, and other service providers when needed to deliver staffing services.
